If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

Because we work with global suppliers and offer competitive prices, we do not accept product returns unless the item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect item received

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The order never arrives
  • The wrong item is received

In these cases, we may ask for a photo/video as proof.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, check:

  • contact your credit card company
  • contact your bank
